Lavender also known as Lavandula

Considering the fact Lavender is one of the most known fragrant plant. Sometimes HERBALISTS calls it a thymoleptic, which means it raises the spirits. this, combined with its anti-infective action and relaxing properties, makes lavender a powerful remedy. The essential oil is used externally for relaxation and to heal sores and burns. It is less well-known that lavender can be taken internally in a tea or tincture. it reduces gas, indeed, lavender was at one time used as a condiment. the flowers can be used to flavor cookies, vinegar, desserts and ice creams. This lavender is a ideal remedy for irritation, indigestion and potential migraines. a few or dried flowers added to teas made with other herbs, such as nettle, will have a cheering effect.

Application:

Used the flowers and stalks
1 teaspoon to a cup of boiling water 3 times a day.
