Rosemary Plant
Rosemary - latin name- Rosmarinus officinalis - means "dew of he sea"
A very familiar plant containing several active, aromatic oils. This sturdy shrub is often found in gardens. Like lavender, it can be used both externally, in the form of essential or infused oil, and internally, as a flavoring tea or tincture.
The actions of rosemary are centered on the head and womb. It increases the supply of blood to both, in the head it is helpful for cold headaches, forgetfulness and even premature baldness. In he womb and the gut it eases spasm due to poor circulation. With a general relaxing and anti-depressive action, this is a remedy appropriate for many problems associated with poor circulation.
externally, the oil can be used as an antimicrobial remedy and to reduce pain as well as to clear the head.
Application:
used the leaves and flowers
1 teaspoon to a cup of boiling water take 3 times a day
