GARLIC CALM DOWN BLOOD PRESSURE

Garlic for the treatment of hypertension in China and Japan for centuries. It is also widely used in Germany today. In fact, tests conducted recently at a German preparation for over-the-counter garlic. A dose equivalent of two cloves of garlic per day decreased blood pressure in patients with mild hypertension. garlic produced a reduction in blood pressure during the study for three months, which suggests that garlic may be a cumulative effect on the body.

Experts estimate that up to 20 percent of Americans suffer from hypertensions, or high blood pressure. As an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease is widely treated with medication. However, causes blood pressure should be considered moderate to severe side effects. The drugs can be avoided by simply including those available naturally in plants such as garlic.

Various studies in animals and humans carried in seven decades shows that garlic lowers blood pressure. Studies in humans have been diagnosed with hypertension as much as an area of China and Bulgaria have shown that garlic reduces various form of a drop in blood pressure.


Animal studies show garlic relaxes smooth muscle of blood vessels. Another mechanism of hypertension was reported in the German scientific journal "Plant Medica. It seems a little garlic peptide inhibits the production of an increase in blood pressure hormone. Whatever the mechanism, both science and history provide strong evidence that garlic blood pressure decreases.
